This is the form from where you can select a client to report on. Also you can enter the information about new client in this form. There are many things that you can do using this form as explained below.

What You Can Do on this Form
1. Select a client for reporting. Select the client from the shown
list the way Ben Affleck is selected in the above image. Press Close Button.
2. Add a new client to the list & supply all his/her information. Press
New Client Button at the top. It will clear all the fields in the left hand
side of the page. You can enter the data in the corrosponing field and press
enter button on the keyboard, that will take you to the next field to enter.
3. You can aslo add only required information for clients. If you select the
checkbox shown at the top left hand side on the form, called QkEnter , then
once you enter the Birthdate and press enter button on the keyboard, you will
not be taken to the Additional Information section.
4 . Delete a client from the list. Press Delete Client Button on the top.
5 . You can nevigate in the clients list using the navigator at the top.
6 . You can locate any client by typing few characters of last name in the edit
box at the top called Locate Client By Last Name.
7. You can open a different database. Press Open Button at the bottom.
8. You can create a new database. Press New Button at the bottom.
9 . You can delete a database. Press Delete Button at the bottom.
10 . Maintain a seperate database of friends and family members for each database
you create.
11. Select friend of some client for reporting.

4. What is the QkEnter box and what does it do?

The purpose of it is to let you quickly return to the main screen after entering a client. All you have to do is hit enter twice on the birthday field. If you select the checkbox shown at the top left hand side on the form, called QkEnter , then once you enter the Birthdate and press enter button on the keyboard, you will not be taken to the Additional Information section.
5. Do I need the Additional Information fields to
be filled in?
No , it is not compulsary to fill the additional information on the form. You
can use the QkEnter checkbox for entering only the required information and
returning back quickly to the main form, as explained above.But you should at
least put the email address in if you plan to send that person an emailed report.And
you can fill in all the information about the cient for further reference.
1. How to open a different database
Press the Open Button at the bottom. That will bring a dialog box on screen as shown below.

You should select the name of the database you want to open, and press the Open button on the dialog box. This will open the database you want to open. You can see the clients in this database listed on the form once the database is opened.
2. How to create a new database
Press the New Button at the bottom. That will bring the following form.
Type in the name of the new database. Then just press the enter button on the keyboard or press the OK Button on the form. That is all you need to do and your new database with the name you specified is created.
The program stores all the inforamtion collected from you in a database. A database is an organised collection of information. A database generally has many interreleted tables.
Press the Delete Button at the bottom. That will bring a dialog box on screen as shown below.

You should select the name of the database you want to delete, and press the Open button on the dialog box. You need to confirm that you really want to delete that database. This will delete the database that you selected. You can not delete a database which is open at that time.
4. How to add friends and family members for some client and how to select friend of some client for reporting
First select the client you want to add friends and family members for. Then press the Friends Button at the left hand side on the form. This will take you to the following form.

Press the Add Friends Button. That will take you to the following form.

Now type in the First Name, Last Name, Sex & Birthday of the person you want to enter as friend. Press Add Button when you have finished entering all fields. This will add the person in the database and will clear all fields for adding more friends. When you finish adding all friends, press Close Button.
You can also use this form for editing the information of some friend. Select the friend from the Friends And Family Members form and press the Edit Button on that form. That will take you to this same form with the information of the friend you selected for editing in the fields. You can change that and press Change Button.
If you want to select some friend for reporting then select that friend form Friends And Family Members form and perss the Select Button on the same form.This will take you to the main screen with the name of the friend at the place of some client.
5. How to Move/Copy any client to some other database as client:
First select the client you want to move/copy. Then press the button Move/Copy Client. This will take you to the following form.

Now if you want to copy client to some other database, select the Copy Client option, or if you want to move the client, then select the option Move Client, as shown below.

Copy Client will copy the record from one database to other (ie the record will exists in both databases) . Move Client will move the record from one database to other. This will delete the record from the database from which it is being copied.
Then make sure that the As Client option is selected. Then select the table to which you want to move/copy the selected client to form the list shown.

Then press the OK Button. That is all you need to do for moving/copying some client to other database as client. Then on successful move/copy you will get the message as follows.

6. How to Move/Copy any client to some other database as friend:
First select the client you want to move/copy. Then press the button Move/Copy Client. This will take you to the Copy/Move Client form as shown above. Select the option of Moving/Copying as per requiremnt. Then select the option of As Friend as shown below.

When you will press the option of As Friend you will see the following form.

You can see the contents of the selected database in the grid shown on the form. When you will select some different database from the available list the contents will change as per the selected database.
Now you can select one person from the displayed list in the grid. This will be the person as a friend of whome the client you selected on earlier form (Database form) will be moved/copied.
After selecting the person, perss the OK Button. On successful move/copy you will get the message as "Record copied successfully!" or "Record moved successfully!".
