Common Problems:

1. My computer crashed and I need to reinstall. Will I need a new password?

No, with this new version, the password you get is for your computer and your computer only. Even reinstalling the operating system will not cause you to need a new password. Please keep your password in a place where you can find it. That way, you can easily get it when and if you need it.

2. My program seems to be having problems, should I uninstall it and reinstall it?

You will never need to Uninstall our software. However, a reinstallation could be helpful if certain files are corrupted or lost. Just install it again as if it were your first installation.You should not have to register it again either. After reinstallation, the program should run.

3. I am trying to enter a new client in my database and I get a Range Check Error. What should I do?

This happens when you try to enter in a client who is already in your database. The solution is to simply delete the client you are currently trying to enter. Afterwards, search your database and you will discover that this person is already in the database.

4. When I try to email a report, the Emailer program just hangs up and doesn't do anything.

The first question is are you sure it is not sending your report? Even if you have a fast internet connection, sending a 3.5 megabyte file via email can take a while. Give it more time and you may discover that it actually did what it intended to do.
